Lumis Panel
Keep the shop desk and its online store connected.

Who it is for.
Retailers managing product information and daily shop work while presenting a separate customer storefront.
The problem
When the operating panel and storefront tell different stories, staff repeat product work and customers lose context. A retail experience needs both the working desk and the customer view.
The response
Lumis connects a customer storefront with a store-scoped operating panel. Staff manage the catalog, orders and inventory, while employee permissions keep each person within their assigned business. Payment-ledger views and reports help the owner return to recorded activity.
What the project does.
Follow the useful parts of the experience, from the first decision to the next action.
Capabilities
- Manage products, collections and discounts with store and employee permissions.
- Review orders, inventory changes and partial-refund records within the authorized business.
- Read the recorded payment ledger and UTC 30-day reports, with CSV export.
How it works
- Staff update products and collections in the shop’s catalog.
- Customers browse the storefront; staff review incoming orders in their assigned store.
- The owner checks inventory changes, payment records and period reports.
What this version demonstrates.
The operating panel requires authorized access. Demonstration records are not evidence of real sales performance. External payment processing and social publishing are outside this portfolio demonstration; production setup is specific to each shop.
