The problem
A beautiful service list alone does not help a team manage appointments. Requests scattered across messages make it difficult to see who is requested, how long a service takes and which times can be approved.
The response
SEREIN connects a photographic service website to editable services, professionals and business settings. Requests enter a private Bookings workspace with an inbox, calendar and explicit approval actions. SEREIN has its own service and appointment panels, separate from FORME’s product sales. The same customer experience is available with WordPress or EmDash.

How it works
- A visitor chooses a service and professional, then sends their appointment request.
- The team reviews the private request and checks it against the professional’s schedule.
- Approval reserves the interval; cancellation releases it. Pending requests do not reserve a time.

Your team owns the content workflow.
Images, copy and structured records are managed in the selected panel. The shared frontend handles presentation and interaction. Moving a real business includes mapping its content, permissions and operational requirements; it is not an automatic one-click migration.
What this version demonstrates.
Illustrative salon, team and prices. Submitted requests are saved to the selected panel. Notifications are in-panel; email, SMS and browser push are not enabled. No real payment is collected.
